Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance PUbIIC Comments -Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non-agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes. LEGISLATIVE SESSION 1. Motion to approve minutes of May 18, 2010. 2. Motion to approve operation of a temporary archery range by Crossbow Archery during the Highland Games on Saturday June 12 and Sunday June13 according to the site plan and operating procedures set forth in the application filed with the City and subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in the staff report. R-2010-017: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 FOR THE WEEKS ENDING MAY 21St AND MAY 28th IN THE AMOUNT OF $406,991.18. Point of Contact: Finance Director Donna Resz. 4. R-2010-018: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REGIONAL MULTI- HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN. Point of Contact: Public Safety Operations Support Director Mike Shelton. 5. Public Hearing: A public hearing to consider an application for a special use permit for outdoor storage of materials at 440 NW Business Park Lane. Applicant: McCloud Services. * Applicant has indicated a desire to withdraw the application. If not withdrawn in writing prior to the Board of Aldermen meeting on June 1St, staff will request a continuance of the Public Hearing to the Board of Aldermen meeting on June 15tH 6. Second Reading: Bill No. 2010-038. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HANSEN WEST, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI. Point of Contact: Community Development Director Mike Duffy. 7. First Reading: Bill No. 2010-039. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, TO EMPLOY JAMES SEYMOUR AS A FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER I IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR SUCH EMPLOYEE. AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING WILLIAMS 8~ CAMPO, PC AS SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR LEGAL SERVICES RELATED TO EMINENT DOMAIN, REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION AND OTHER REAL ESTATE ISSUES, INCLUDING REPRESENTATION, COUNSEL AND ADVICE IN ANY LITIGATION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS.
