AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET SET FORTH IN THE FUNDING
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, additional TIF Bonds in the principal amount of $1.4 Million are anticipated
to be issued by the City on August 31, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the Budget to take into consideration these additional
TIF funds prior to the issuance of the Bonds; and
WHEREAS, there is no regularly scheduled meeting of the Board prior to August 31,
1999 so it is necessary to consider this Ordinance at the August 17, 1999 meeting;
NOW THEREFORE BE TI' ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CTI'Y OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Budget is revised to increase acquisition and acquisition related costs,
including but not limited to engineering, survey, relocations, appraisal and other professional
costs, and the total budget by $1.4 Million less the costs of issuing the Bonds; such amounts to be
determined after closing on the Bonds.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
