AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENTS OF THE MAYOR OF CERTAIN
PERSONS AS MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
SETTING THE TERMS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The re-appointment of Larry Reece to a second
four year term, expiring in June, 2002, as a citizen representative from Ward II.
SECTION 2: The appointment of Anna Phillips and Jim Smith
each to a four year first term, expiring in June, 2002, as citizen representatives from Ward II.
SECTION 3: The re-appointment of Jimmy Karr to a second
four year term, expiring in June 2002, as a citizen representative from Ward III.
SECTION 4: The appointment of Rochelle Legaard, Rosa Curttright, and Karen Gordy each to a four year
first term, expiring in June 2002, as citizen representatives from Ward III.
PASSED THIS 16TH DAY OF JUNE, 1998.
