MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF
BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
NOVEMBER 28, 1989
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside,
Missouri on November 28, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. Those present were
Aldermen Karr, Teters, Kuhlman, Rule, Shepard and Richardson.
Mayor Betty Burch called said meeting to order.
Karr moved that the Mayor and Board go into executive
session to discuss personnel matters, Shepard seconded the
motion. The vote was as follows: Kuhlman, Teters, Rule,
Shepard, Karr and Richardson voted yes.
The meeting reconvened, the roll was called and Aldermen
Karr, Kuhlman, Teters, Richardson, Rule, and Shepard were
present and Mayor Burch presided over the remainder of the
meeting.
Karr moved that Bill No. 89-84 be placed on its first
reading, said Bill provides for the employment of Richard
Fletcher as Chief of the Public Safety Department, seconded by
Richardson, the vote was as follows: Kuhlman, Rule, Shepard,
Richardson, Teters and Karr voted aye.
Karr moved that Bill No. 89-84 be placed on its second
reading, seconded by Kuhlman, the vote was as follows:
Kuhlman, Rule, Shepard, Richardson, Teters and Karr voted aye.
Whereupon, the Bill having been made available for public
inspection prior to the consideration of the Board of Aldermen,
Bill No. 89-84 was passed.
There being
upon motion duly
at 8:05 p.m.
no further business to come before the Board,
made, seconded and passed, meeting adjourned
