ORDLNANCE NO. 97-50
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ALTHORIZLNG THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside, Missouri ("City") desires to engage the services of
Richard B. Winner, P.E. ("Winner") as an independent contractor to perform the services
described in the City's City Engineer Job Description ("Services");
WHEREAS. Winner desires to perform the Services for the City;
WHEREAS, the City and Winner desire to enter into an Agreement for Engineering
Services relating to the Services ("Contract");
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MIISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City engages Winner to perform services for the City pursuant to the
terms and conditions of the Contract. The Contract, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit
A, is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the
Contract, with such changes as such official shall approve, the execution of such Contract being
conclusive evidence of such approval.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
