AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
PYRAMID EXCAVATION AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PHASE I OF THE E.H. YOUNG RIVERFRONT PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF
$487,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
a contract with Pyramid Excavation and
Construction Company for construction of Phase
I of the E.H. Young Riverfront Park in the
amount of $487,000.
SECTION 2. Construction is to be completed within ninety
(90) calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
PASSED THIS 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1997.
