WI�REAS, the Ciry of Riverside, Missouri (cbe "Ciry") and the 'fax Increment �nancing
Commission of Riverside, Missouri (•'!'IF Commission") desire to undeKake certain rodevelopment
activities pursuant to Chaptcrs 99. RSMo; and .
WHEREAS, the Clry desires [o establish a nloeation plan: and
WHEItEAS, ic is desirable to amcnd [he L-383 Redevelopment P1an; and
� WHEREAS, the TIF Commission has recommended tho adoption of sama
NOW, THEREFpRE, gE IT ORDAINBD BY TFIE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
C1TY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Reiocahon Poligy. The Cicy adopts by reference as if fully set forth herein Sections
523.200 through 523.215 RSMo, as may be amended from time to time as the Relocation Policy for
the Ciry.

Bend Levee Distric[ of Platte Counry, Missouri {"Levice District") has adopted a Levee projcct
J Rclocation Assistance P1an ("I.evee Distrlct Relocadon Plan") which is approved. Wich rcspect to all
properry rights and interests to bo scqufred for conswction of Redevelopment Projecc I and �
dispJscements nlated to Redevelopment Project I, �he I.evee Dlstrict Relocaaon Plan shall be the -
eperadve relocadon plan and displaceos sha11, subject to the conditions end IimiEadons of such plan, be
endded to rolocation assistance and benefits from the Levee DisWct as set forth in t6c Levee Dlsuict
Relocation P1an as �hen in effect.
Sectlon 3. Impleman etion of R locaden Plan, ln the event that ptoperty is lo be acquired
wi�oui federai assLs�ance pursuant �o Chepterr99, RSMo, as amended, ehe Chairman, ehe Ciry
Adminisvswr or his/her designee(s) ("City Repr�sentndve'7 are directed to t,eka all necessary s[eps co
idendfy the special needs of displaced peraons and acwmmodate thou needa within �he project's
nlocetion plan. FLrthermore, the Ciry Representarive is dirzcted to devdop a program for the rcferrals
of displaced persona and busineases to suitable replacement accommodations in conformiry with the
nquiromen[s of Relocadon Asslstance Act.
Section 4. Amendmen�s to Redev�pm n� t P1an, The Redevelopment Plan is amended as

with the Redevelopment Plan, the C;ry and/or the TIF Commission may, fatl��g•
acquisIdon by nCgouation, exercise its power of eminem domain for purposes
ot acquiring te,r�porary a„d permanent rights-of-wey, easemcnts, fee simple
and any other property Interesa. Any pmperry intenst (except for public

Review Procedure
1. InittaqaY an Appcal. A person may f�ftiace an appeai by personuly delivering or msiling a
writeon notice of appeal w the Ciry c% the City Admiautntor wit6in sixry (60) calendar days after [he person
rcceives written notification of a deternilnadon by a developer or othet respons[ble pacty regazding the peroon's
elum for relocadon paymenu ead aSSistance. The appealing party is entided to inspect and copy all materials
pertinent to his/her eppeal in pteparing the wdtten notice.
Z. Statement of Appeal. The appealinB Party shall file with thc Ciry a wt1ttCA slateme�tt o[ appeal
desccibin g in de�ail the error alkgedly made in detemii ning tbe person's eligibility or amoum or type of relocuion
asslsiance and nttach my pertinent doeumentadon. All stacmxnu ahall be conflnW te faetual aad legal issues.
